Aufgaben
  • Du managst das IT Service Portfolio unter Anwendung einer marktüblichen Methodik Technology Business Management (TBM) mit Unterstützung des Business und der IT Service Owner
  • Du bist verantwortlich für ein marktübliches ITFM-Tool Apptio, dass die Verteilung der identifizierten Kosten auf Business Services unterstützt (Total Cost of Ownership Berechnung)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation und Fehlerbehebung von Datenfeeds, die TBM-Anwendungen betreffen
  • Du baust fundierte Kenntnisse des neuen Apptio Technology Business Management Systems auf und wie es für die Gruppe konfiguriert wird.
  • Du fungierst als Fachexperte für das System und bearbeitest neue Berichts- und Dashboard-Anfragen, Fragen, Probleme und Schulungsanfragen. Zu den Verantwortlichkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dieser KMU-Rolle gehören Berichtskonfiguration und -design, System- und Benutzertests, Fehlerbehebung und Schulungen
  • Du stimmst verschiedene Aufzeichnungssystemen ab, z. B. technische Inventare, Nutzungsmetriken, Vorfallvolumen, Ledger-System, Anlagevermögen, Personalwesen, Projektverfolgungssystem und andere
  • Du bist zuständig für die monatliche Operationalisierung, Validierung und Überprüfung von Daten
  • Du erstellst Analysen und Kennzahlen mit Hilfe von Dashboards im ITFM-Tool Apptio
  • Als Know-how-Träger und Innovationstreiber in der IT leistest Du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Steigerung des Kundennutzens und der Kosteneffizienz
  • Du wirkst an Projekten mit, entweder als Mitglied des Lenkungsausschusses, als IT-Projektleiter oder als Teil des Projektteams
Qualifikation
  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Master) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis von Finanzen, insbesondere im Bereich der Kostenverrechnung über ein IT-Serviceportfolio
  • Du verfügst über ein schnelles Verständnis sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten mit einer zielorientierten Denkweise
  • Du bist teamfähig, flexibel, kontaktfreudig und hast ein hohes Maß an Engagement
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse der ITIL-Zertifizierung, TBM, FinOps und einschlägige IT-Kenntnisse wie Abläufe, Hardware sind von Vorteil
