Voor een internationaal georiënteerd familiebedrijf ben ik op zoek naar een ervaren Teamleider Finance in Eindhoven. Deze organisatie bestaat al meer dan 130 jaar en is uitgegroeid van een klein familiebedrijf tot een organisatie met meer dan 800FTE medewerkers. Het bedrijf zit in de maakindustrie en heeft meer dan 30 locaties verspreid over zes landen. Ze produceren gezond en gevarieerd voedsel voor miljoenen mensen over de hele wereld en je kunt hun producten zelfs vinden in de Albert Heijn. Bovendien heerst er een echte familiesfeer terwijl het bedrijf erg snel groeit. Daarnaast staat duurzaamheid centraal in zowel hun eigen bedrijfsvoering als die van hun partners. Ook blijven ze sterk groeien en werken ze aan interessante projecten in het buitenland.

Wat heb ik nodig?

  • Als Teamleider Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van input op business issues binnen de organisatie om processen te verbeteren. Dit doe je samen met 4FTE aan wie je direct leiding geeft en coacht waar nodig. Door jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten zorg je ervoor dat het team nog beter presteert en zo kan bijdragen aan de autonome groei van de organisatie.
  • Daarnaast ben je actief op de werkvloer om knelpunten te signaleren en verbetervoorstellen aan te leveren. Hierdoor krijg je een beter gevoel voor de business en heb je direct invloed op de bedrijfsvoering en het succes van dit bedrijf.

Profielen

Wat moet ik doen?

  • Relevante HBO/WO-diploma
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
