The Global RGM Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing pricing strategies while nurturing the capabilities of RGM teams through innovative learning initiatives.
Key Ingredients
Pricing SME:
· Set a clear and ambitious strategy for the price optimization function within RGM.
· Develop a blueprint and playbook for RGM routines, tailored to market maturity.
· Lead the implementation of routines in key markets, adapting them to specific contexts.
· Design and lead the development of dashboards and digital tools for price routines in collaboration with the digital RGM team.
Capabilities Lead:
· Design and develop e-learning modules for RGM teams.
· Manage learning plans development for RGM teams, ensuring annual competency assessments.
· Organize external training sessions and lead best practice sharing sessions.
· Lead and organize the annual RGM Masters program.
I have a master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a technical discipline; MBA preferred.
I have 4-6 years of RGM experience in CPG/retail or Tier 1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with exposure to multinational CPGs.
I have a keen understanding of RGM foundations and financial acumen.
I have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
