Zo maak je impact
Samen met de productiemedewerkers en de quality inspector, neem je proactief het voortouw in het streven naar voortdurende verbetering van de productiekwaliteit. Door grondige analyse van zowel product- als productieprocesgegevens, ben jij in staat verstoringen die invloed hebben op de productkwaliteit te identificeren en aan te pakken. Je ziet erop toe dat producten volgens de geldende procedures en productspecificaties worden geproduceerd en afgeleverd en je speelt een belangrijke rol bij de afhandeling van klantklachten.

Tot je dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden behoren:
  • (Mede-) ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van kwaliteitsbeheersingsmethodes om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen;
  • Zorgdragen voor periodieke managementinformatie in relatie tot de kwaliteit van het product- en productieproces;
  • Inhoudelijk behandelen van klantklachten;
  • Initiëren van gerichte verbeteracties op producten en processen.

Je zet jouw analytische vaardigheden in en denkt niet in problemen maar in oplossingen. Kernwoorden zoals resultaatgerichtheid, pro-activiteit, pragmatisch zijn op jou van toepassing. Je bent een echte teamspeler en in staat om gestructureerd en projectmatig te werken.

Verder beschik jij over:
  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een (elektro) technische achtergrond;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Kennis van MS office, 8D, DMAIC en Lean principes;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
