Job Summary: As a Rooms Division Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
Your dynamic responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcoming and assisting customers and guests.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Verifying guests’ registration details, processing payments, issuing room keys, and guiding guests to their rooms.
- Daily execution of assigned duties as per the checklist.
- Effective communication and coordination with internal departments (HSK/RES/F&B/Sales/Groups) to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Adherence to company procedures and safety policies.
- Monitoring the MOD report and VIP list arrivals.
- Utilizing Opera, our system, to track occupancy, check-ins, check-outs, and stay-over guests.
- Completing hand-over and room reconciliation forms.
- Weekly calculation of "Room's invoices" to track cleaned rooms for each day and room type.
- Monitoring and calculating "Linen invoices" based on textile resources usage.
- Monthly calculation of "Linen monthly invoice."
- Conducting quality checks on VIP rooms.
- Responsible for ordering HSK/hotel amenities.
- Daily handling of uniforms.
