Job description
A Group, Meetings, and Events (G,M&E) Sales Executive will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, meetings and events by driving sales leads, increasing conversions and planning memorable events.
What will I be doing?

As Group, Meetings, and Events Sales Executive, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The GM&E Sales Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a Group, Meetings, and Events Sales Executive will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenueManage an eventsâ schedule to maximise yieldFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approachBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needsArrange and carry out Hotel show roundsEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned events, from BEO to billing administrationParticipate in hotel promotional activitiesWhat are we looking for?
A Group, Meetings, and Events Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Good organisational and administration skillsPositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceConfident telephone mannerHigh level of IT skillsDemonstrated previous experience working in a Sales environmentIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
