Wat ga je doen?
Als Product Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle interne en externe product- en prijsinformatie. Daarnaast monitor je vanuit product-, markt- & concurrentieanalyse de positie van BYD in de markt. Vanuit die analyse stel je concrete plannen op om product-marktcombinaties invulling te geven. Tevens monitor je de prijsstelling van BYD (koop en lease) t.o.v. het concurrentieveld en signaleer je onwenselijke afwijkingen richting het management (koop & lease). In deze rol werk je actief samen met de Specialist Market & Product Intelligence en de Product Lead Customer Services & Accessoires die hun specialisme binnen de afdeling zowel voor personenauto's als voor bestelauto's inzetten. Bovendien werk je samen met een ervaren Product Lead, die je wegwijs kan maken in de totale organisatie.

Tevens werk je veel samen met:

  • BYD Europe als het gaat om het uitwisselen van productinformatie en -argumentatie en uiteraard bij productwijzigingen en introducties
  • Interne collega's van de afdelingen:
  • Supply chain voor het beheren van het leveringsprogramma
  • Marketing Communicatie/PR om proposities richting doelgroepen te communiceren
  • Sales om hen van gerichte informatie/argumentatie te voorzien die hen helpt om klanten te overtuigen om voor BYD te kiezen
  • Training om hen te voorzien van informatie en argumentatie t.b.v. het opleiden van de sales consultants

Wie ben jij?
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (product management/product marketing, bij voorkeur op het gebied van automotive) en je wilt graag werken in een dynamische omgeving.

Daarnaast vinden wij het prettig dat je:
• HBO+ werk- en denkniveau hebt
• Communicatief vaardig bent
• Zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels je goed verbaal en op schrift kunt uitdrukken
• Een teamplayer bent die bereid is om hands-on te acteren als de situatie daarom vraagt
• Een analytische inslag hebt en data driven werkt, zonder daarbij de praktijk uit het oog te verliezen
