Wat ga je doen?

Een dag in het leven van een Customer support medewerker
Je begint je dag vol energie en enthousiasme. De telefoon staat al te rinkelen en de e-mails en chatberichten stromen binnen. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen deze kanalen en helpt elke klant op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. Of het nu gaat om het beantwoorden van vragen, het oplossen van problemen of het verstrekken van productinformatie, jij staat altijd paraat. Je registreert alle klantinteracties nauwkeurig in het systeem, zodat je collega's ook op de hoogte zijn van de situatie.

Wie zoeken wij?
Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een klantgerichte teamspeler met minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau. Je hebt al enig ervaring in de klantenservice. Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende klanttypen. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat alle klantinformatie correct wordt geregistreerd en bijgehouden. Je werkt graag in een team en streeft altijd naar maximale klanttevredenheid.

Werktijden en locatie
Als parttime Customer support medewerker in Zwaagdijk- Oost werk je 32 uur per week tijdens kantoortijden. Je gaat 40% aan de slag vanuit huis en 60% op kantoor (als je volledig bent ingewerkt). Je werkt op wisselende dagen van maandag tot en met zaterdag, waardoor je altijd een vrije dag midden in de week hebt. Het kantoor is gevestigd in Zwaagdijk-Oost, waar een enthousiast en gemotiveerd team van 20 leden klaarstaat om met je samen te werken.

Wat wij bieden
  • Een competitief salaris tot € 14,50 bruto uur;
  • De mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken;
  • De dagen dat je naar kantoor komt reiskostenvergoeding (obv staffel vanaf 11km);
  • Je kunt per direct starten als parttime klantenservice medewerker in Zwaagdijk-Oost.

Wat wij vragen:
  • Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels;
  • Per maand ben je twee zaterdagen beschikbaar;
  • Ervaring binnen de klantenservice? Dan sta je 1-0 voor
