De Senior Work Activity Coordinator is iemand die kennis heeft van en ervaring heeft met Do Maintenance werkzaamheden. Jij bent de eerst verantwoordelijke voor het veilig, effectief en efficiënt uitvoeren van het werk en voor de productiviteit van het team dat de taak uitvoert.

Je neemt acties om resultaten te verbeteren en de resultaten van je werk hebben een zichtbare, relevante en directe invloed op het werk van collega teamleden en de beschikbaarheid van de betreffende equipment.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Beoordeelt multidisciplinaire jobpaketten op kwaliteit, veiligheid, compleetheid en uitvoerbaarheid.

  • Is eindverantwoordelijk voor opleveren van apparatuur aan produktie.

  • Deelt op basis van het schedule de beschikbare mankracht in zodat optimaal gebruik gemaakt wordt van de aanwezige kennis en ervaring.

  • Draagt zorgt voor uitvoering van de jobs conform het schedule en het jobpakket.

  • Is contactpersoon voor de scheduler voor opstellen van de dag en het weekschedule.

  • Beoordeelt en rapporteert de dagelijkse voortgang van het werk.

  • Beoordeelt kennis en vaardigheden van de teamleden en werkt met het team en de group leader samen om de flexibiteit en efficiente inzet van de teamresources te optimaliseren.

  • Houdt toezicht op veiligheid en kwaliteit van uitbesteed werk en bereidt veilig werk vergunningen voor.

  • Is contactpersoon voor opdrachtgevers op technisch gebied.

  • Coördineert klein werk volgens small job process.

  • Analyseert op basis van het OPD (electronisch logboek) de werkvoorrraad en coordineert de uitvoering ervan.

  • Kan trouble shooting van complexe problemen in de eigen discipline ondersteunen.

  • Optimaliseert de productiviteit van field services.

  • Fungeert als vraagbaak voor klanten en collega's.

Kwalificaties

  • In het bezig van minimaal een technisch MBO-4 diploma.

  • +/- 10 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsomgeving.

  • Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal.
