Als onderdeel van ons voortdurende streven naar succes, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Financial Administrator. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie en het debiteurenbeheer. Daarnaast ga je het inkoopproces ondersteuning door bijvoorbeeld crediteurenadministratie en verleen je nazorg aan klanten met financiële of administratieve vraagstukken. Tenslotte krijgen we graag je input en hulp bij financiële en administratieve verbetertrajecten.
Functieomschrijving:
Verantwoordelijk voor het facturatie proces (Factureren van verkooporders en servicecontracten van Twelve). Hierin is de Financial Administrator verantwoordelijk voor de juistheid en tijdigheid van facturatie. Signalerende en controlerende functie ten aanzien van de debiteuren en crediteuren positie van Twelve; Uitvoeren van actief debiteurenbeheer en najagen van “te laat” betalers van Twelve; Uitvoeren van taken binnen het crediteurenbeheer; Ondersteuning bieden op onderdelen van het inkoopproces; Ondersteuning bieden bij complexe financiële en administratieve vraagstukken; Ondersteuning bieden bij automatiseringstrajecten; Administratieve verantwoordelijkheden: Het bijhouden en beheren van het klantenbestand van Twelve; Het beheren van de administratie mail van Twelve; Het aannemen van de administratie telefoon van Twelve; Invoeren van verkooporders van Twelve; Inrichten en beheren van servicecontracten van Twelve.Wat jij meeneemt:
