De afdeling System Support maakt onderdeel uit van PACCAR Parts Europe. De afdeling is onder andere verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, het zelfstandig beheren en het ontwikkelen van dealer applicaties van PACCAR Parts Europe en DAF After Sales. Deze afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van circa 60 applicaties en de ondersteuning aan diverse projectteams.
Als Functioneel Applicatie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het configureren van systemen zodat deze aan de eisen voldoen en de wensen ondersteunen van de gebruikers.
- Het uitvoeren van functionele (end-to-end) testen.
- Gebruikers ondersteuning geven bij het oplossen van operationele problemen en het beantwoorden van applicatie-gerelateerde vragen.
- Het zorgdragen voor de ontwikkeling en beheer van functionaliteit van de PACCAR Parts Europe en After Sales dealersystemen die gebruikt worden door het gehele internationale dealernetwerk.
- Het inhoudelijk aansturen van analisten van ITD d.m.v. het definiëren van gedetailleerde business requirements.
- Het specificeren middels een functioneel ontwerp van alle wijzigingen en toevoegingen op het gehele systeem inclusief alle interfaces van en naar de omringende centrale systemen.
- De Functioneel Applicatie Manager is daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject van ontwerp tot en met implementatie, welke middels de SCRUM methodiek worden gerealiseerd.
- Het opstellen van procedures m.b.t. autorisaties van alle interne en externe gebruikers van het gehele systeem. Tevens het toezien op de naleving van deze procedures en het genereren van ideeën om de geïmplementeerde processen te kunnen verbeteren.
- Het helpen van klanten en collegas geeft voldoening
- Iemand die zich processen/systemen snel meester kan maken
- Een sterk analytisch vermogen en vindingrijk
- Enthousiaste en collegiale instelling, uitstekend kunnen werken in teamverband
- Drijfveer om verbeteringen aan te brengen waar jij ze nodig acht
- Makkelijk kunnen schakelen van het ene (complexe) onderwerp, naar het andere
- Kennis van systeemontwikkeling- en implementatieprocedures
- Communicatief vaardig, gedegen kennis van het Nederlands, Engels in woord en geschrift
- Algemeen opleidingsniveau: HBO of Academisch (Bv. richting Bedrijfskundige informatica)
