About the Role

Are you a recent graduate ready to make an impact? Join our innovative Executive Pay & Governance (EP&G) team in Amsterdam. At the intersection of strategy, finance, and people, we support a variety of international clients in designing and managing their executive pay and governance strategies. You'll play a key role in a dynamic team, working on high-profile projects that influence the decisions of top executives and boards.

Your Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you'll dive into data analytics and research, contributing to insightful client reports. You'll have a passion for working with complex data be ambitious to pursue a career within consulting. Your workday will be diverse: from office-based analysis to on-site client meetings with senior colleagues. You'll quickly grasp client needs, understand organizational environments, and deliver impactful insights to improve our services.

What We Expect

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality work that meets deadlines and exceeds accuracy standards. Manage small projects or work-streams within larger projects. Conduct industry research to inform and educate colleagues. Develop a strong internal brand and network within Korn Ferry Advisory. Learn and apply Korn Ferry's standard offerings to your work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications:

Relevant degree (e.g. Finance or Business and Finance) 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in professional services. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Skills and Competencies:

Professional maturity and strong communication skills. Analytical and conceptual thinking with attention to detail. Interest in consultancy and organizational operations. Fluency in English and Dutch. Curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and eagerness to learn. Excellent social and interpersonal skills. Courage, a sense of humor, and a positive attitude. Ability to draft comprehensive project deliverables.
