Ben jij een ervaren marketeer die de volgende stap wil zetten? Bij Coffee Digital zijn we op zoek naar een Marketing Lead voor ons team van app marketing-specialisten. Coffee Digital is namelijk niet zomaar een marketingbureau, wij ademen namelijk maar één ding: apps. Als een van de eerste App Marketing Agencies in Nederland helpen wij onze klanten (o.a. Voetbal International, Campercontact, Route.nl en TVgids.nl) in deze snelgroeiende wereld.

Wat ga je doen?

In jouw rol werk je nauw samen met ons team en klanten om doelstellingen te definiëren en meetbare resultaten te behalen. Denk hierbij aan het opzetten van app-campagnes, het analyseren van gebruikersgedrag en het optimaliseren van de conversiepaden. Je deelt jouw ervaringen en kennis met het team en begeleidt hen om door te groeien. Jij hebt hierin de regie.

Jouw taken:

  • Leiding geven aan een team van enthousiaste app marketeers.
  • Het ontwikkelen van marketingstrategieën voor onze klanten.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van digitale campagnes.
  • Het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar concrete marketingacties en -resultaten.
  • Je zorgt voor de rapportages en stelt de juiste KPI's op om het succes van campagnes te meten.
  • Stimuleren van teamgroei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen jouw team.
  • Samenwerken met management en andere teams binnen The Digital Club.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een creatieve senior marketeer met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de digitale marketing sector, bij voorkeur bij een agency. Je hebt bewezen succes te behalen met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van campagnes die resultaat opleveren. Je weet niet alleen hoe je campagnes optimaal laat draaien, maar je hebt ook de vaardigheden om een team te coachen en verder te ontwikkelen. Bovendien ben je analytisch sterk en maak je beslissingen op basis van data.

Wie zijn wij?

Coffee Digital, ook bekend als de Marketing Club, maakt deel uit van de bureaugroep The Digital Club. Wat 11 jaar geleden begon als een app-ontwikkelaar, is nu uitgegroeid tot meerdere clubs met een focus op strategie, ontwikkeling, marketing en data. Met in totaal 40 teamleden werken we allemaal vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht. Bij de Marketing Club werken we voor klanten zoals Campercontact, Voetbal International, TVgids.nl, BabyManager en JOIN.cc.

  • Salaris €4000+ per maand, gebaseerd op je ervaring en vaardigheden.
