  • Manage the stock, production, and distribution of marketing materials, including in-store print and promotional items
  • Coordinate printing on demand and repeat orders with external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee the production and delivery of materials for new store openings
  • Organize distribution processes for marketing campaigns and special promotions, advising internal teams when needed
  • Handle communication with internal departments and external suppliers, responding to requests via email, phone, and systems like Topdesk
  • Identify and implement cost-effective improvements in production processes, procedures, and systems
