Lotus Cars Europe B.V. is responsible for the Marketing, Sales and After Sales of the Lotus Cars products in the European region. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a **Global Retail Training Coordinator** in our Global Lotus Retail Academy to join us in our European HQ based in Amsterdam.
**Summary**:
This role will be part of the Global Lotus Retail Academy team responsible for structuring, developing, adapting and deploying training content for all Lotus retail commercial and technical activities across the Globe. This role will work alongside the core Global Retail Academy team, External Suppliers and Regional Offices to support the delivery of the Global Lotus Retail Training strategy by being responsible for the administration, reporting and support to the training team.
**What you'll do**:
- Administrative support to the Global Head of Retail Academy
- Support global budget coordination, reforecasts, retail invoicing and receipting goods and services
- Coordinate training invoicing processes with finance department
- Fully coordinate Retail Academy team meetings (Preparation, Agendas, meeting objectives, time keeping, minutes, follow-up) happening weekly, monthly and bi-yearly with regional offices.
- Coordinate training events delivery (project tracker, communication, invites, joining instructions, post event attendance recording and satisfaction surveys )
- Structure and manage the central document repository
- Support training coordination and logistics (lunches, vehicles transport etc.) for face to face deliveries.
**What you'll bring**:
- At least 2 years of experience as PM/PMO or admin support, ideally in the training departments
- Real passion for keeping all the moving pieces organized and progressing at the appropriate pace
- Attention to details and data accuracy
- Proven ability to control budget
- Willing to work with multiple regions, cultures, internal stakeholders and agencies mainly remote
- Excellent communication skills with a full proficiency in English. Any other additional European language is highly desirable.
