An innovative and fast-growing FX payments company are on the lookout for a Senior Relationship Manager (FX) to join their team. They transform the way businesses handle international payments, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.


You will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with their clients and will coach/mentor your own team of enthusiastic BDMs.


Responsibilities of the Senior Relationship Manager (FX) includes:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Drive revenue growth both individually and within the team by leveraging industry knowledge, strategic sales techniques and strong leadership skills
  • Utilise CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and track sales activities
  • Demonstrate strong leadership through effective coaching and mentoring whilst serving as a role model for the team, embodying the company's principles


Requirements of the Senior Relationship Manager (FX) includes:

  • Proven experience in FX sales
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and build lasting partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and developing team members.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA).
