Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing independent advisory services and support for complex client transactions in domestic and international markets
- Managing and expanding your assigned client portfolio proactively, building strong relationships and acquiring new clients and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate data records, coordinating the collection of key documents for decision-making, and co-writing market reports
- Analyzing, structuring, and processing credit applications, presenting transactions to internal committees
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a related subject, e.g. business administration, economics, fiscal, law, or a comparable qualification
- At least ten years of experience in commercial lending and/or real estate financing
- Strong expertise in international real estate financing, with solid industry knowledge in the market incl. moral dilemmas of a financial institution
- Confidence in an international client environment, with strong negotiation skills - even in high-stakes situations with diverse interests
