As a Customer Support Representative, you would be responsible for supporting international customers with technical and administrative queries.   • Solving technical and non-technical customer questions by phone or e-mail;
  • Maintaining internal database;
  • Supporting your colleagues in Germany;
  • Scheduling delivery and training at international customers;
To be successful in this position, an enthusiastic and solution-oriented mentality is important, as is a friendly demeanor. Being proactive and structured are also key for this role. Here are some hard requirements:
  • Highly professional German and Dutch level (C1), and basic proficiency in English is important for internal communication.
  • Affinity with technology, or the willingness to learn;
  • 1+ years of Customer Support experience (B2B);
