Customer Service Representative
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing information and support in response to their inquiries. You will work closely with our sales, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our B2B customer base, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
- MBO+/HBO education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and German (C1/C2 level), with French a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of experience in an international customer service environment
