Customer Service Representative

At Undutchables, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our B2B customer base, nurturing connections into long-term partnerships.
- Follow up and follow through on inquiries regarding sales orders, lead times, shipments, logistics, products, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Shipping, Sales, Logistics, and Accounting, to coordinate day-to-day customer requirements.
- Represent the company towards the customer and the customer inside the organization.
Qualifications:
- MBO+/HBO education or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French (C1/C2 level), with German being a plus.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- At least 2 years of experience in an international customer services environment.
- Ability to cope with hectic deadlines and changing workloads.
- Team player.
- Experience with SAP/CRM systems and a logistical background is an advantage.
