Reporting to the Customer Success Representative, your responsibilities will be:
  • customer relationship management
  • engaging in initial customer interaction
  • technical problem solving
  • assisting with problem solving both remotely and on location
  • increasing customer lifetime value
  • acting as a liaison between customers and IT team
Who are you?
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor Degree (minimum)
  • Functional knowledge of the products
  • Special interest in the aviation or IT sectors
  • You are looking for a startup environment and are flexible in your work
  • Skilled in both upselling and cross selling to existing customers
  • Able to take clients' wishes and explain it in technical terms to IT team
