The HEINEKEN E-Business team offers a variety of solutions and services to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently. This team is focused on ensuring continuous improvement in transformation at both the departmental and operational company levels. Responsibilities include effective communication, role definition, and enhancing commercial processes. What will you do as a Process Excellence Manager? You will find this role enjoyable if you are passionate about understanding processes, optimizing them, and excel in communication to engage with stakeholders. Key responsibilities involve mapping internal E-business processes, understanding commerce processes, collaborating with various teams, and developing toolkits and frameworks for process optimization. Additionally, you'll share best practices, lead workshops, build relationships with key partners, and identify improvement initiatives through benchmarks. Who we're looking for: We seek a proactive professional with a proven history of working in Commerce functions, operational experience, and a strong process optimization background. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, certification as a Black Belt, substantial business understanding, and the ability to influence effectively.
