The role

As Head of B2B Sales Development, you will lead the commercial transformation to grow B2B revenues and strengthen market position. You will close B2B deals, identify and attract new customers. Your focus will be on setting up account-based sales and further professionalising processes and skills.

You will also lead the B2B sales team, in which supporting, growing and developing your team is an important facet. You will also ensure good cooperation with other departments, with a strong focus on stakeholder management. In short, your mission is to take the B2B business to the next level and focus on Korsit's growth ambition.

Job content

  • Develop and implement a coherent B2B strategy;
  • Be actively involved in closing deals with B2B customers;
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing to identify, attract and retain new potential customers;
  • You know how to create solid prospect lists. You know how to spot, analyse and identify opportunities and translate them into commercial opportunities;
  • Manage payments and replenishment of B2B accounts;
  • Working with the purchasing team to expand the product range based on customer feedback and demand;
  • You follow developments in the market and know how to convert this into new opportunities. You are aware of competitor movements and know how to translate these into a competitive edge;
  • Support, grow and develop the team, and attract new talent.

Place in the organisation

As Head of B2B Sales Development, you will be based in Eindhoven and report to the CEO. In addition, you manage a team of 2 Sales Professionals and 1 Marketeer and join the Extended MT team.

Requirements

Korsit is looking for a commercial, analytical and quality-oriented Head of B2B Sales Development.

Furthermore, you can identify with the requirements below:

  • A completed WO education;
  • You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in a B2B commercial role in a similar industry;
  • You are available full-time (40 hours);
  • You have leadership and management skills;
  • You have strong analytical skills;
  • You have experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot;
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing;
  • You are entrepreneurial and dare to take initiative.

And above all, you are proactive, critical and have good communication skills.
