Job Description

VONQ is in search of an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to aid in the expansion of our business by exploring potential client opportunities and generating new business. You will take charge of creating and seizing opportunities through outbound activities, strategically approaching target companies and potential buyers to understand their objectives and challenges, enabling you to position our solutions effectively. The role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 2-5 years of sales experience to join a rapidly growing company in the recruitment marketing software industry.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for your assigned territory
  • Conduct thorough discovery to grasp customers' business priorities and align them with our solutions
  • Translate VONQ's offerings to align with customer success
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable pipeline of new business prospects
  • Oversee the sales process meticulously, providing clear updates after each phase
  • Generate reliable forecasts and maintain transparent communication with management regarding the pipeline status

Your Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales professional
  • Ability to engage in strategic discussions at a C-level

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Desire for continuous learning and development in a scaling-up environment
  • A sense of determination and urgency
  • Experience in an agency or (recruitment) marketing is advantageous

This role is located in either Rotterdam or Groningen, with a hybrid working model in place. Ideally, candidates should reside in The Netherlands for easy access to the office.
