Banking for better, for generations to come; het Sustainability Centre of Excellence (SCE) draagt bij aan de purpose van de bank en richt zich op het versnellen van de transitie naar duurzaamheid. Het wordt steeds meer van banken verwacht om een proactieve rol te spelen in de overgang naar een duurzame economie. Als bank vinden we het belangrijk om deze transitie te ondersteunen, onder andere door duurzame financiering en beleggingen, waarmee we samen met onze klanten een significante bijdrage leveren. Denk aan het verminderen van milieudruk, het aanpakken van broeikasgasuitstoot en vervuiling, het verbeteren van sociale impact en het bevorderen van efficiënt gebruik van natuurlijke hulpbronnen.

**Your job**:
Om richting te geven aan de duurzaamheidsambitie van ABN AMRO is de Group Sustainability Committee (GSC) opgericht. De GSC, onder leiding van de CEO en CSO, beoordeelt een breed scala aan duurzaamheidsonderwerpen die bijdragen aan de strategische duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen van de bank. De GSC is relatief kort geleden opgericht, en zal verder groeien in volwassenheid. Daar heb jij een belangrijke rol in Als Secretaris Sustainability Committee vormt de ondersteuning van de GSC een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volgende:

- Je stelt een agenda op met een breed scala aan duurzaamheidstopics en bewaakt de integriteit van de onderwerpen
- Je beoordeelt documenten op inhoud, consistentie en kwaliteit en geeft jouw feedback.
- Je volgt actiepunten op en ondersteunt de CEO en CSO bij vergaderingen door te notuleren.
- Je identificeert ook mogelijkheden voor procesverbetering en draagt bij aan het behalen van duurzame resultaten. De ondersteuning van de GSC vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk.
- Je helpt het MT SCE bij diverse Business Management vraagstukken met een afdelingsbrede of bankbrede focus.

**Working environment**:
Het SCE, onder leiding van de CSO, is een mondiaal opererende afdeling met ongeveer 75 collega's. De focus ligt op drie aandachtsgebieden: klimaatverandering, circulaire economie en social impact. Je rapporteert aan het MT-lid van Business Insight. Business Insights is een klein team in opbouw, en houdt zich bezig met Business Management voor de afdeling SCE en het ondersteunen van de CSO, het ondersteunen van de Group Sustainability Committee en is ESG Data Domein eigenaar.

**Your profile**:
Binnen het SCE heb je de mogelijkheid een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de duurzaamheidsambities van onze bank. Het is een uitdagende baan en daarom is het belangrijk dat jij je herkent in de hierboven omschreven werkzaamheden. Daarnaast heb jij:

- 5+ jaar relevante werkervaring met academisch werk
- en denkniveau.
- Kennis van duurzaamheid waardoor jij anderen kunt challengen op inhoud.
- Een resultaatgerichte mindset.
- Sterke communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Excellente stakeholder management vaardigheden/ervaring met het managen van complexe stakeholders/stakeholdervelden.

**We are offering**:

- Het bovenaan de pagina weergegeven bruto maandsalaris is op basis van een 36-urige werkweek, inclusief vakantiegeld en benefit budget.
- Het benefit budget bedraagt 11% van je salaris. Als je in een maand geen aankopen of reserveringen doet in de Benefit Shop, krijg je over die maand een twaalfde deel van je benefit budget uitbetaald.
- Vijf weken vakantie per jaar. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om vier weken per jaar bij te kopen.
- Persoonlijk Ontwikkelbudget van € 1.000;
- per jaar. Dit bedrag kun je opsparen tot € 3.000,-.
- Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken (in overleg met je team en afhankelijk van je functie).
- Een ov-jaarabonnement met gratis openbaar vervoer in heel Nederland.
