**De functie**
De Manager Operations Solids Packaging geeft leiding aan een team van 15 operators en is verantwoordelijk voor de operationele verpakkingsprocessen binnen een omgeving waar geneesmiddelen worden verpakt. In een goede en open werksfeer staan de begrippen veiligheid, compliance, klanttevredenheid en continue verbeteren centraal. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteits
- (GMP/GDP), veiligheidsprocedures en richtlijnen worden gevolgd en initieert en voert verbeterprojecten door op het gebied van logistiek, processen, kwaliteit en/of veiligheid aan de hand van Lean Six Sigma methodieken. Je bent gedreven om de output
- en kostendoelstellingen te realiseren, maar doet nooit concessies aan de kwaliteit van het product.
Let op: de functie is in een 2 of 3 ploegendienst.
**Primaire verantwoordelijkheden**
- Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van Operators;
- Afstemming met IPT-planners en collega Coaches van alle activiteiten die de productieplanning beïnvloeden;
- Onderhouden en continu verbeteren van de huidige processen qua techniek, kwaliteit en veiligheid in samenwerking met ondersteunende disciplines binnen en buiten het IPT. Hiermee streven naar een right-first-time Operations zonder ongevallen;
- In samenwerking met collega's waarborgen en handhaven van eenduidige kwaliteitsprocedures;
- Monitoren en initiëren van data-administratie en sturen van verbeteringen op basis van de data-afgeleide performance indicatoren.
- Leiden van root cause onderzoeken n.a.v. kwaliteits
- of veiligheidsissues.
**Jouw profiel**
- Afgeronde HBO/ WO opleiding, bij voorkeur in een Technische, Farmaceutische of Bedrijfskundige richting;
- Relevante leidinggevende werkervaring.
- Focus op resultaten en in staat de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Sterke focus op zowel klantbelang als kwaliteit en compliance;
- Projectmanagement vaardigheden;
- Mondeling en schriftelijk communicatief vaardig, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels.
- Gericht op samenwerking en het hebben van een constructieve en pro-actieve houding;
- Creatief en innovatief, sterke drive ten aanzien van verbeteren en beschikt over (root cause) analysevaardigheden;
