Within Transferz, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Destination Manager to join the Supply team within the Operations department.

As a Destination Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the offering, focusing on specific APAC destinations.

Your responsibilities will encompass building strong relationships with local transfer companies, ensuring quality in daily operations, and driving commercial success through strategic negotiations and data-driven insights.

Your expertise in understanding the local markets will be instrumental in delivering our mission:
offering travelers peace of mind.

What will you do?

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with local transfer companies in assigned destinations.
  • Collaborate closely with transfer partners to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Operational Analysis:

  • Analyze daily operations, including ride volumes, quality performance, capacity planning, and price configurations.
  • Execute strategic initiatives based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Quality Management:

  • Oversee aspects of quality in daily operations, including Customer Service (CS) contacts, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and customer reviews.
  • Implement measures to enhance the overall quality of transfer services in designated destinations.

Commercial Strategy:

  • Negotiate contracts with local transfer companies, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Compile and analyze operational data to drive commercial decisions, optimizing pricing, procurement, and margin.

Portfolio Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of destinations within specific APAC regions.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage in terms of product offering and capacity for each destination.

What do you need?:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Tourism, or a related discipline is required.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in supply chain management, operations, tourism, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from operational data.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment and have a cando mentality.
  • Proficient in English and a local APAC language with excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in another language spoken across the APAC region is a strong plus.
