Wir suchen jemanden, der sich mitten im Geschehen wohlfühlt In dieser Rolle bist Du an allen risiko-, sanktions- und geldwäschebezogenen (AML) Aspekten beteiligt. Die Entwicklung von Prozessen und Verfahren zur Einhaltung aller Richtlinien und Meldepflichten stehen bei Deiner Position im Mittelpunkt. Als Teil des Teams in Venlo, bist Du unser:e Ansprechpartner:in und Fachexpert:in für und Paymenttools.

Deine Aufgaben:

Risikobezogen

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung eines Risikokontrollsystems und von Risikomanagementprozessen für als E-Money-Institution
  • Direkte und unmittelbare Berichterstattung von risikorelevanten Themen an das Management sowie Unterstützung und Beratung im Rahmen des Risikomanagements
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsinitiativen im Zusammenhang mit dem Risikomanagement
  • Dokumentation von Risiken und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen sowie Monitoring und Aktualisierung der Risikolandkarte
  • Durchführung der jährlichen Analyse der Geschäfts- und Risikostrategie sowie Bewertung der Risikotragfähigkeit
  • Datenschutz

Sanktions- und Geldwäsche- bezogen

  • Entwicklung und Aktualisierung interner Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche und Terrorismusfinanzierung. Insbesondere erstellst Du Vorlagen für Organisationsanweisungen und geeigneten geschäfts- und kundenbezogenen Sicherheitssystemen
  • Erstellung von klaren Meldepfaden
  • Implementierung eines konstanten Monitorings im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung der oben genannten Vorschriften
  • Bearbeitung von Verdachtsfällen
  • Ansprechpartner für DNB, Strafverfolgungsbehörden und die FIU
  • Überwachung sanktionsrelevanter Angelegenheiten
Deine Erfahrung:
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der Geldwäschebekämpfung, -verfahren und -vorschriften
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Risikopolitiken und deren Monitoring
  • Ein Auge fürs Detail und hervorragendes analytisches Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Berichterstattung an das Management und weitere Stakeholder
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
