Recruitment Operations Coordinator

Fulltime, 38 hours per week

Currently, we operate in 12 countries and have plans to further extend our global footprint. Our focus is on preparing our processes, systems, and structures to support this rapid growth and ensure seamless operations across all regions. This is your daily Action

Support and Improve Recruitment Programs: Oversee and enhance various recruitment programs, such as our referral program, across all business areas. Participate in Large-Scale International Recruitment Projects: Engage in significant international projects, including the redesign of the recruitment tech stack. Coordinate External Suppliers: Liaise and coordinate with external suppliers that the recruitment team collaborates with. Point of Contact for Recruitment-Related Requests: Continuously stay connected with stakeholders to translate business needs into action. Support Reporting and Optimize Recruitment Analytics: Assist in regular reporting tasks and work to optimize our recruitment analytics. Keep the ball rolling: Provide ad-hoc administrative support where process automation doesn't exist yet. Identify Improvement Opportunities: Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance our processes, and improve the experiences of candidates, recruiters, and interviewers.

This is you

You excel at building relationships within a large network of stakeholders, understand tools and integrations, and proactively identify areas for improvement, taking initiative to implement changes.

In addition you

Have proven experience in high-volume recruitment or a Recruitment Coordinator role. Have demonstrated experience in process improvements. Have experience participating in the implementation of new tools. Are proficient with PowerPoint and Excel. Are fluent in English.
