  • EG Group is een wereldwijde, toonaangevende en onafhankelijke tankstation- en convenience retailer met een gevestigde reputatie als het gaat om het leveren van een brandstof-, smeermiddel-, convenience- en food-to-go aanbod van wereldklasse.
Functie
  • Voor het kantoor in Breda is EG Group op zoek naar een legal counsel voor 40 uur per week.
  • Jouw focus zal komen te liggen op het vlak van vastgoed. Daarnaast zul je ook helpen bij het opstellen, beoordelen en onderhandelen van diverse commerciële contracten waaronder non disclosure agreements, dealercontracten, merchandising en procurement agreements, supply contracts, distribution agreement en letter of intents.
  • Je bent direct aanspreekpunt voor je business collega's, adviseert hen, rapporteert over nieuwe wetgeving en juridische ontwikkelingen en schakelt zelf met externe juridische adviseurs.
  • Als legal counsel maak je deel uit van het legal team Benelux en rapporteer je aan de Country Manager Benelux.
Profiel
  • - Een afgeronde WO studie Nederlands (huur)recht;
  • - Affiniteit met huurrecht en/of vastgoed;
  • - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring;
  • - Gedegen kennis van wet- en regelgeving die relevant is voor real estate en commerciële contracten in zijn algemeenheid;
  • - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • - Je hanteert een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze;
  • - Je bent pro-actief, zelfstandig en ondernemend;
  • - En je bent in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
