Voor de afdeling Health, Safety, Security & Environment zijn wij op zoek naar een expert op het gebied van vergunningaanvragen. Samen met de coördinator vergunningen en de twee medewerkers vergunningen bewaak jij dat wij tijdig, correct en pro-actief vergunningen aanvragen. Zo ben jij een spin in het web tussen de verschillende werkeenheden (fabrieken), vernieuwingsprojecten en communicatie met bevoegd gezag zoals de Omgevingsdienst en Rijkswaterstaat. Jij zorgt er voor dat complexe aanvragen inhoudelijk goed, en efficiënt worden ingediend bij de juiste instantie. Om dat goed te kunnen doen heb je ruime ervaringen met vergunningstrajecten, heb je de juiste juridische kennis en werk je secuur. Daarnaast begrijp jij hoe organisaties werken en hoe het krachtenveld rondom Tata Steel druk kan zetten op het ;Om in deze context succesvol te zijn, ben jij goed in staat om netwerken te onderhouden en samenwerking mogelijk te maken. Je hebt namelijk te maken met veel stakeholders. Naast de contacten met de overheid zijn je belangrijkste contacten de projectleiders die aanvragen doen, de milieuadviseurs bij de werkeenheden en andere inhoudelijke adviseurs bij HSSE en legal. Tot slot ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor het toezien op een adequate administratie en archivering van alle dossiers bij het ;
Wat ga je doen?Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Zorg dragen voor de juiste kwaliteit van vergunningen aanvragen en een efficiënt tijdspad bewaken.
- Zorg dragen voor een effectieve samenwerking en werkverdeling binnen het vergunningenbureau.
- Voor interne afdelingen ben jij contactpersoon, expert en adviseur. Voor hen ben je ook de gesprekspartner met het bevoegd gezag/ overheid.
- Je checkt de vergunningen op inhoud, volledigheid en juridische gronden en stuurt bij waar nodig, zodanig dat de aanvraag goed doorlopen wordt.
- Voor de vergunningverleners ben jij contactpersoon voor Tata Steel, werkt met hen samen en denkt vanuit Tata Steel mee over effectieve vergunningverlening.
- Je zorgt voor een juiste en tijdige correspondentie en overleg met de overheid en weet daarmee zaken voor elkaar te krijgen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle stakeholders op de hoogte zijn van de juiste informatie en zorgt voor goede verhoudingen met de stakeholders op het gebied van vergunningen.
- Je zorgt voor een goede administratie en je zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten en aanvragen op een juiste en overzichtelijke manier gearchiveerd worden.
- Uitgebreide en aantoonbare ervaring met het aanvragen of verlenen van ;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Een afgeronde wo-opleiding. Een milieutechnische en/of juridische richting is een pré.
- Je bent in staat om een brug te slaan tussen vergunningen professionals en de professionals in onze ;
- Analytisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen. Je bent in staat om te faseren en kunt hoofd- en bijzaken scheiden.
- Je bent in staat om aan te voelen welke botsende prioriteiten tussen productie, projectvoortgang, juridische randvoorwaarden en overkoepelende doelen bij een aanvraag kunnen spelen. En vervolgens weet je ook tot oplossingen te komen.
- Je houdt van een complexe omgeving waarin jij in staat bent om bruggen te bouwen. Dat betekent ook dat je kunt doorzetten en flexibel bent.
- Een basis maandsalaris dat afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring maximaal op € 7770,75 bruto per maand ligt.
- Veel vrije tijd omdat je naast 28 vakantiedagen en 11,5 ADV dagen ook tijd opbouwt door middel van de flexuren regeling van Tata Steel.
- Volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden, denk hierbij aan het volgen van cursussen en opleidingen, en doorgroeien naar andere functies binnen het bedrijf.
