Sinds 2000 ontwikkelt Qics intuïtieve, flexibele en schaalbare software waarmee klanten, waar ook ter wereld, complexe projecten en portfolio's succesvol managen. Qics biedt de oplossingen van A tot Z. In December 2021 heeft Main Capital Partners een meerderheidsbelang in Qics genomen. Het doel van zowel Qics als Main is tweeledig: enerzijds internationalisering en anderzijds meer slagkracht creëren om het productaanbod uit te breiden en daarmee andere verticals te bedienen als vooraanstaande best-of-breed speler. Vanuit deze strategische buy-and-build strategie zijn in 2024 twee succesvolle overnames gedaan, Fortes in Enschede en Projectflow in Odense (Denemarken). Momenteel bestaat Qics uit ruim 75 collega's verdeeld over de kantoren in Katwijk, Enschede, Odense en Zilina (Slowakije), die samen meer dan 550 nationale en internationale klanten bedienen. De ambitie is om een leidende speler te worden in het NoordWest-Europese PPM landschap en om in omzet en resultaat te verdubbelen. De strategie is om dit zowel via autonome groei en business synergiën te bewerkstelligen, als via de (inter)nationale buy-and-build strategie voort te zetten.

Het functieprofiel

In deze uitdagende fase wil Qics de organisatie verstevigen met een nieuwe Head of Finance. De positie is een uitstekende kans om in een snelgroeiende internationale MKB organisatie ervaring op te doen in een brede, financieel eindverantwoordelijke positie. Stap voor stap transformeer je Finance naar een pro-actieve business partner van de organisatie. Als onderdeel van het Management Team ben je pro-actief betrokken in de bedrijfsvoering van Qics, rapporteer je aan de CEO en ben je aanspreekpunt voor Main Capital. De huidige financiële basis is goed. De uitdaging is om de processen en systemen te uniformeren en waar mogelijk te integreren en te stroomlijnen zodat deze een sterke fundering vormen van de verdere internationalisering en buy-and-build strategie. In de transitie van Qics naar één bedrijf en om de strategische groeiambitie te realiseren verwacht men dat je zélf veel efficiency projecten initieert én zal je betrokken worden bij diverse strategische projecten en business cases.

  • Afgeronde Wo-opleiding in de richting van Economie, Accountancy of Finance
  • 8-10jr progressieve ervaring als Controller of Manager Finance binnen het commercieel bedrijfsleven of binnen de Audit.
  • Ervaring binnen een internationaal georiënteerde organisaties. Groei- en SaaS-bedrijven zijn een sterke plus
  • Hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit gedreven, zonder de snelheid van het ondernemerschap uit het oog te verliezen
  • Je hebt laten zien dat je proactief kansen en risico's identificeert, zowel uit cijfers als gesprekken
  • Je bent iemand die nieuwe ideeën en projecten initieert en ook vorm weet te geven en uit te voeren
