About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Global Head of Rewards and Mobility. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global reward and mobility strategies, ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy and shareholder interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global reward and mobility strategies, addressing complex challenges and opportunities.
  • Align internal reward and mobility policies with shareholder policies, ensuring coherence across cultures and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Clearly articulate the reward and mobility strategy in relation to our mission, vision, and values, inspiring and motivating the HR function and other stakeholders to achieve extraordinary results.
  • Develop and manage international compensation and incentive plans, supporting the remuneration committee to ensure coherence across cultures and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Define international data requirements, commissioning and utilizing external data to diagnose HR issues and enhance HR practices.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review, specifying and communicating objectives, processes, timelines, criteria, and financial parameters, monitoring outcomes and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal clients, acting as a business partner to support the delivery of business strategies, policies, and objectives.
  • Provide specialist advice to the leadership team and HR Business Partners, guiding the implementation of policies and the design of projects and change initiatives.
  • Further develop and maintain a comprehensive policy framework for global reward and mobility, overseeing its global implementation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for global reward and mobility, staying informed on emerging trends, technologies, regulations, and industry best practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in business administration, finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, with 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits strategy, in a strong focus on international matrix organizations, with a proven track record in setting and delivering long-term objectives in a global context.
  • International Exposure: Extensive experience working across Europe, North and South America, and Asia.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong business acumen with the ability to instill trust, drive vision and purpose, and align organizational strategies.
  • Global Perspective: Ability to balance stakeholder needs while ensuring accountability and effective global decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or German an advantage.
  • Change Management: Proven experience in driving change within complex international environments with multiple stakeholders.
