Je hebt je strepen verdiend aan mediabureauzijde, waar je minimaal 5 jaar eindverantwoordelijkheid hebt gedragen op meerdere key accounts.
Je blinkt zowel uit op commerciële account skills als op het zijn van een senior gesprekspartner. Dit geldt zowel op business- als mediavlak voor adverteerders als voor hun andere partners bijvoorbeeld reclamebureaus. Je weet precies wat er speelt bij adverteerders en zorgt samen met een team van planners, consultants en specialisten bij ZIGT voor een belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van onze adverteerders.

ZIGT biedt

  • Accountbeheer van meerdere mooie merken. Top 3 klanten.
  • Vertaalslag maken van briefing naar advies samen met strategen en specialisten.
  • Gesprekspartner voor klanten, exploitanten en partner bureaus m.b.t. strategie tot en met uitvoer.
  • Eindverantwoordelijk Kwaliteitsbewaking van mediaplanning, voortgang en rapportages van campagnes.
  • Actieve rol spelen in de grotere onderhandelings- / inkooptrajecten met mediaexploitanten.
  • Oog houden voor aansluiting (nieuwe) dienstverlening van ZIGT bij klantbehoefte en omzetten in actie i.s.m. Strategy Director.
  • Actief bijdragen aan new business activiteiten en netwerken.
  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor een team van 20 medewerkers. Bestaande uit planners en consultants.

ZIGT vraagt

  • Je bent een allround media expert met een gefundeerde visie op het media- en communicatie vak en je bent goed op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen en trends in het (digital) medialandschap.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke visie en gefundeerde mening over (digitale) media en bent in staat om dit goed over te brengen naar klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent ervaren in het formuleren en presenteren van (digital) mediastrategie en -tactiek.
  • Als aanvulling op ons bestaande team is ruime kennis van digitale media, branding en performance een pré.
  • Je kunt naar mensen luisteren en ze tegelijkertijd ook inspireren en enthousiasmeren.
  • Je blinkt uit in jouw coachende vaardigheden richting jouw team.
