Job Description

This position will mainly focus on the ASICS Europe account, but may also involve working with other brands such as Miele as needed. The chosen candidate will directly report to the ASICS Media Account Manager to:

  • Provide assistance throughout the planning process, from receiving a brief to analyzing post-campaign results and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate media planning tasks and performance reporting for multi-market media campaigns, which includes handling the client's spending data, budgeting, media delivery, and analyzing successful strategies to guide future campaign decisions.
  • Offer logistical support to the team, manage project tasks, and oversee project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Specialist/Activation teams and media vendors to organize media recommendations and scrutinize proposals to choose the best options for each campaign.
  • Assist in creating strategic presentations and proactive initiatives that showcase insights, media best practices, and innovative ideas leading to award-winning projects.
  • Support campaign activations in various markets, handling strategy, implementation, and optimization tasks.
  • Manage campaign taxonomy and procedures for campaign setup and delivery.
  • Handle finance and purchase order processes.
  • Due to the evolving nature of this account, this role demands adaptability and flexibility to navigate changes within the team.

  • You have demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, and are comfortable blending art and science in your work.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and excel in managing both large projects and day-to-day account activities.
  • You possess excellent English communication skills, verbally and in writing.
  • You can develop and present ideas effectively to internal and client stakeholders.
  • You are a critical thinker who analyzes situations and seeks innovative solutions.
  • You are proactive in suggesting new ideas, challenge existing norms, and stay updated on cultural and media trends.
  • You thrive in a team environment, can meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You enjoy overseeing projects and/or processes.
  • You are eager to learn and open to new opportunities.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Google Suite; familiarity with Campaign Manager and Google Analytics is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of German is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • You can support the above qualifications with detailed examples and experiences.
