Als Vendor Manager word je onderdeel van ons Solutions team en ben jij de "go to person" voor alle vendor gerelateerde zaken. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, optimaliseren en versterken van de relaties met onze vendoren op het gebied van Infrastructuur en Managed Services oplossingen (Datacenter, Networking, Cloud & Workspace en Security). Je bent de cruciale schakel tussen onze vendoren en interne teams, waaronder sales en solutions. Dagelijks schakel jij met veel energie met verschillende toonaangevende merken, servicepartners, propositie specialisten en sales en marketing collega's. Je hebt een passie voor het bouwen van sterke partnerships en het realiseren van groei voor zowel onze vendoren als PQR.
**Dit ga je doen**:
Als Vendor Manager bij PQR ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met onze leveranciers te maken heeft. Van het beheren van alle deliverables, zoals vendor dashboards, performance rapportages, certificeringen en partnerstatussen, tot het plannen en organiseren van belangrijke QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) met onze top leveranciers - jij hebt alles onder controle om leveranciersrelaties te maximaliseren.
Jij snapt als geen ander hoe het vendor en partner ecosysteem werkt en duikt er dan ook diep in om de laatste trends binnen de IT-markt begrijpen. Op basis van deze kennis bepaal je welke partnerproposities het beste aansluiten op onze strategieën, sluit je strategische overeenkomsten met leveranciers en weet je bij hen maximale funding te realiseren. Daarnaast ben je constant in gesprek met zowel de merken als interne stakeholders om de resultaten te bespreken en waar nodig bij te sturen.
Als adviseur ben je altijd beschikbaar om vraagstukken van partners op te lossen en als ambassadeur van enkele vendoren leid je met trots de ambassadeurs community die bestaat uit alle interne ambassadeurs van PQR. Met jouw expertise en toewijding maak je van onze samenwerking met vendoren een succes.
Ben jij iemand die zich graag op de voorgrond begeeft? Dan krijg jij de kans om het gezicht richting onze merken te zijn, belangrijke events van onze leveranciers te bezoeken en organiseer je zelf interne activiteiten om de banden met hen te versterken.
- Met jouw ervaring in de IT ken je de business, de vendoren en weet je welke plek de vendoren innemen binnen de IT-sector.
- Je hebt ervaring in een sales, marketing of je hebt ervaring in leveranciersmanagement in de IT-sector.
- Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het opbouwen en onderhouden van succesvolle relaties met vendoren.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatie
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Je beschikt over een hoog abstractieniveau en hebt een commerciële instelling.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om data te gebruiken om beslissingen te informeren.
- Je brengt graag orde aan en komt graag met ideeën om zaken beter en efficiënter aan te pakken.
- Naast je planmatige manier van werken, ben je ook behendig genoeg om onmiddellijk te schakelen wanneer dat nodig is.
