Interim Customer Support Team Lead

- 5+ jaar ervaring in een goed presterende supportorganisatie (idealiter in tech/B2B SaaS);
- Het vermogen om operationele uitmuntendheid te combineren met een strategisch perspectief op schaalvergroting, waardoor je kunt bijdragen aan de belangrijkste uitdagingen waarmee ze als snelgroeiende scale-up te maken hebben;
- Vloeiend in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal;
- Je bent in staat de impact van een probleem te analyseren en in te schatten, en te beslissen hoe je intern kunt schakelen;
- Jij verplaatst je van nature in de schoenen van je klanten en weet ze zich gehoord te laten voelen;
- Vermogen om de behoeften en verwachtingen van de klant te identificeren en wat er nodig is om een goed serviceniveau te bieden;
- Je weet dat details belangrijk zijn in zakelijke communicatie en zorgt ervoor dat je deze niet mist;
- Je hebt ervaring met het prioriteren van taken en weet op hectische momenten het hoofd koel te houden;
- Je hebt een sterk verlangen om de problemen waarmee onze klanten worden geconfronteerd volledig te begrijpen, en je bent in staat nieuwe inzichten toe te passen op toekomstige klantproblemen;
- Affiniteit en/of ervaring met tuinbouw en/of biologie.
