Your Daily Action

Working at Action is unlike any other company experience. With over 2500 stores, 14 distribution centers, hubs, cross-docks, and an ambitious growth strategy, our supply chain is in constant evolution. These changes involve streamlining processes and systems by enhancing transport capacity and rectifying errors in our planning tool. As a Process Expert, you will actively implement optimizations and enhancements for the transport department, focusing on simplicity and scalability. Your team will be the primary contact for system-related inquiries or challenges, collaborating closely with IT or consultants. Throughout your tasks, you will liaise with stakeholders, providing them with progress updates.

We have significant upcoming challenges, including launching a new overseas warehouse, introducing SAP S/4HANA across our supply chain, and preparing for a TMS implementation. Additional support is required as our team is deeply engaged in these projects, ensuring their smooth operation daily.

Meet Your Team

The Supply Chain Support & Process department belongs to the Process Development and Support division in the supply chain, comprising Process Managers and Process Experts, each specializing in specific areas. There are Process Experts for Inbound, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Centers, Outbound, and Transport. As a collective, you will strive to optimize Action's supply chain for seamless operation, ensuring hundreds of thousands of products reach our 2500+ stores daily. Enhancing processes drives us.

This Is You

You thrive in a dynamic, lively environment. Your affinity for systems and your inquisitiveness enable you to quickly grasp systems and processes. Additionally, you approach work methodically and possess strong analytical capabilities.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • One to three years of transport field experience
  • An inclination towards process enhancements
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
