Jij krijgt het voor elkaar

In Rozenburg is de healthcare-afdeling actief met de import, export en logistieke activiteiten voor diverse internationale klanten. Vanuit een eigen GDP gecertificeerde pharma-warehouse van 7.500 m2 vindt de opslag en distributie plaats. Als operational key account manager ben je actief met de implementatie van nieuwe business met gebruik van op te stellen SOP's en interne trainingen. Je begeleidt verder het proces rondom tenders, stelt prijsvoorstellen samen en presenteert deze aan de klant: jij werkt er aan mee.

Hoe je dit doet?

Als operationeel key account manager speur je naar de behoeften van klanten en bied je hen advies over nieuwe kansen en mogelijkheden, waarbij klantenservice centraal staat. Je overlegt hierover met teamleiders en je directe manager op de healthcare-afdeling. Samen bespreek je markttrends, luchtvaart- en luchtvrachtnieuws, en pak je uitdagingen aan die relevant zijn voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Je identificeert potentiële nieuwe kansen en bereidt je erop voor. Je actuele kennis van luchtvracht, de markt en uitgebreide Excel-ervaring zijn cruciaal voor je rol. Het delen van deze informatie en trends met klanten en collega's, via presentaties in MBR's en QBR's, behoort tot je verantwoordelijkheden. Dit alles met als doel om de klantgerichtheid van de activiteiten op de healthcare-afdeling te versterken. Dit krijg je voor elkaar door het:

uitdragen van de positieve aspecten (m.b.t. luchtvracht en logistieke-activiteiten) naar vaste en potentiële klanten; onze klanten zowel commercieel en operationeel adviseren; je bent de projectleider voor diverse projecten; nauw samenwerken met de team leads van de healthcare-afdeling en het motiveren van directe collega's om nog klantgerichter actief te zijn; rapporteren van KPI's aan de klanten.

De healthcare-afdeling valt binnen DSV op door enthousiasme, gezelligheid en hard werken. Het team bestaat uit 24 collega's, waarvan 4 teamleads en 3 key accountmanagers Alle collega's kunnen het heel goed met elkaar vinden. En helpen elkaar waar nodig bij hectiek op de werkvloer. Jij brengt mee

zeker 4 jaar werkervaring in de freight forwarding op het gebied van luchtvracht; klantgerichte instelling, probleemoplossend en met enthousiasme kunnen presenteren aan het team én klanten; de mogelijkheid tot het aanvragen van een VGB; een goede kennis van Nederlandse en Engelse taal om met de klant te kunnen spreken of mailen.
