The Clinical Trials Centre (HKU-CTC) is a leading clinical trials management platform established under the University of Hong Kong LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) and is dedicated to managing and facilitating international-standard clinical trials on new drugs, medical devices and medical technologies. HKU-CTC offers long-term development opportunities to passionate talents who pursue career advancement and success.
Main Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive and secretarial support; Handle daily correspondence, communication and appointments; Maintain up-to-date filing system and record keeping; Prepare and review straightforward or standard agreements; Perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks.Requirements
Diploma or above in Legal Studies or equivalent; Minimum of 3 years' solid relevant work experiences; Excellent interpersonal, organizational, detail-oriented and communication skills; Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently under minimal supervision; Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term full-time contract, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
