About the Role
The Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Executive/Legal Secretary/Legal Clerk. This is a unique opportunity to work in a leading clinical trials management platform and contribute to the success of our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and preparing agreements.
- Assist in the coordination of clinical trials, including communicating with stakeholders, managing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and industry partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the Clinical Trials Centre.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve our goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Legal Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a clinical trials or research setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
