Within the People Services Back Office - Employee life cycle team, you have a great impact on the employee experience as you are supporting an employee's professional lifecycle from the first day until the off-boarding through his day-to-day needs.


Job Mission
Delivering the best employee experience by ensuring accurate and effective transaction handling. Supporting all HR administrative processes and prompt inquiry solving.

  • Handles transactions from first contact, registration, escalating and resolving in a professional and efficient manner in a first time right and e2e way of working.
  • Handles transactions and operational tasks on all topics, based on available information.
  • Executes all operational tasks and handle exceptional cases/corrections within scope of the team individually. Understands underlying process mechanisms.
  • Backup owner for KPI, understands the data and the concerns regarding.
  • Report out of this KPI's towards the team members.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve work processes and implement basic improvement plans within the scope of the own team to minimize waste, inflow and improve quality.
  • Provides input to project member regarding team processes and / or participates directly in projects to deliver input within own scope.
  • Is in contact with different stakeholders and understands their demands and expectations.

Functional/Technical Skills

  • English: Can communicate with a strong degree of fluency and produce clear and detailed text.
  • Data analytics (Excel): able to create insight by using basic pivots and charts.
  • Navigates all relevant systems/processes for transactions independently.
  • Is able to resolve operational issues and is able to perform troubleshooting activities with support from other team members.
