  • Develop and optimize intelligent campaigns and exciting content to trigger our customer's purchase behavior and develop customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize our customer base segmentation to serve the right message to the right consumer at the right time.
  • Analyze data to enhance your understanding of our customers and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate existing and new campaigns, constantly measure campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels.
  • Be a CRM industry expert, advocating for best practices within the CRM Global team and other internal stakeholders. Look out for new opportunities to innovate and experiment.
  • Manage stakeholders across various teams to ensure timely delivery and end to end ownership of your campaigns.
  • Always keep a sharp eye on your customer

What will you bring to the table:

  • Strong stakeholder management and project management experience.
  • A solid understanding of data and segmentation methodologies plus A/B testing.
  • Experience working in an extremely fast paced data-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills (extra points for SQL knowledge).
  • Experience in Product Marketing is highly valued
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Organized, great attention to detail, and a self starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Operational excellence - ensure all campaigns are sent efficiently and accurately.
