Functie

  • Je komt te werken in het team Financiën, Control & Administratie, dat zich richt op het verbeteren van de financiële bedrijfsvoering en de ontwikkeling van het team en haar medewerkers.
  • Als Senior Financial Controller leid je de kwaliteit van financiële processen binnen het team, en optimaliseer en digitaliseer je deze processen.
  • Samen met 18 collega's coördineer je de financiële stromen en verbind je verschillende aandachtsgebieden binnen de organisatie.
  • Jij bent een communicatieve collega die aan de slag gaat met verbetervoorstellen en een verbindende rol op je neemt.
  • Als Senior Financial Controller heb je een centrale en leidende rol binnen het team Financiën, Control & Administratie.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de financial controllers en de administratie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een nauwgezette, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie.
  • Je bewaakt de effectiviteit en efficiëntie van financieel-administratieve en fiscale werkprocessen en werk-instructies.
  • Je stelt kaders en randvoorwaarden voor de (sub)administratie en de financiële processen binnen de organisatie.
  • Je voert complexe financieel-administratieve handelingen uit en fungeert als vraagbaak bij complexe boekhoudkundige en financial control vraagstukken.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een hbo-diploma en hebt een werkniveau en denkniveau dat vergelijkbaar is met wo, in een relevante opleiding.
  • Je hebt ten minste drie jaar relevante werkervaring in vergelijkbare rollen, idealiter binnen de overheid of publieke sector.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van BBV (Besluit Begroting en Verantwoording), Iv3 (Informatie voor Derden), Key2Financiën, en LIAS.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, communicatief sterk, en je hebt een goed gevoel voor humor.

Aanbod

  • Je hebt een werkweek van 32 tot 36 uur, met uitstekende regelingen en faciliteiten voor thuiswerken.
  • Het salaris valt binnen schaal 11, variërend van €4.211 tot €5.997 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek.
  • Je ontvangt een individueel keuzebudget van 17,05% van je bruto maandsalaris.
  • 27 vakantiedagen.
  • Aanvankelijk een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
