French Customer Service

As a customer service team member, you will be essential in managing the complete customer journey for the French domestic and export markets. Reporting to the customer service team leader, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service, addressing their needs and capitalizing on sales opportunities. This role is vital in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Process and input orders accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Implement promotional offers and manage return material authorizations.
- Update customers on order statuses and handle requests for credit.
- Collaborate with customers, sales personnel, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.

- Monthly salary range: €2750 - €3000.
- Temporary to permanent contract potential.
- Full-time role, 39-40 hours per week.
- Hybrid work model with one remote day weekly.

- Proven customer service experience
- Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Excel proficient; SAP knowledge preferred
