Customer Service Role Overview

As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our French-speaking customers. Reporting to the customer service team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support, addressing their needs and capitalizing on sales opportunities. This role is crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and input orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Implement promotional offers and manage return material authorizations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep customers informed about order statuses and handle requests for credit in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales personnel, and warehouse teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

  • Proven customer service experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus, demonstrating your adaptability and communication skills.

  • Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred, showcasing your technical skills and ability to learn.
