Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to customer service inquiries, including pre-sales consultations, after-sales support, and product warranty issues. Provide remote or on-site technical support (if necessary) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize customer issues, collect and relay customer feedback, maintain customer relationships, support product testing, and facilitate product bug optimization.
  • Prepare and deliver standardized documentation, participate in building the knowledge base, and address real-world product issues.
  • Provide product and technical training for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., functionality training, product demonstrations, and enablement training) and offer remote support.


What You’ll Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in pre-sales or after-sales support.
  • Background in science or engineering; experience in technical support or related industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in local language is preferred; fluency in English or other languages is a strong advantage.
  • Clear logical thinking, excellent service, communication, and execution skills, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel independently.

工作职责：

  • 快速响应客户服务，包括售前咨询，售后解答、产品保修问题，为客户提供远程或现场的关技术支持（如必要），提升客户满意度。
  • 梳理客户问题，收集反馈客户意见，维护客户关系，配合产品测试，推动产品BUG优化。
  • 整理输出标准化文档，参与知识库搭建，解决实际产品问题。
  • 为内外部提供产品和技术培训（功能培训、产品演示和赋能培训等），提供远程支持。


任职要求：

  • 1年以上售后 / 售前相关经验。
  • 理工科背景，有技术支持等相关行业经验优先。
  • 会当地语言优先，英语或其他语种熟练掌握为加分项。
  • 逻辑清晰，服务、沟通、执行能力良好，有团队精神和责任感，能处理突发问题。
  • 有小车驾照，有能力独立出差
