Binnen Midtronics word jij opgeleid om de expert op het gebied van battery management solutions te worden. Je bent in deze rol onder andere betrokken bij de uitrol van nieuwe producten en/of software. Je voert grondige testplannen uit om nieuwe releases van de software te evalueren en te verzekeren dat de geleverde software aan de hoogste kwaliteit voldoet. Verder:

  • bied je technische ondersteuning en product voorlichting aan klanten;
  • ondersteun je de verkoop- en marketingteams door persoonlijke klantacceptatietests uit te voeren en de nieuwe softwareversies goed te keuren;
  • analyseer je tool- en klantgegevens en ben je in staat om trends te identificeren, inzichten te verkrijgen en oplossingen te bieden voor kwaliteitsverbetering;
  • ondersteun je het klantenserviceteam bij escalaties;
  • bezoek je klanten, door heel Europa, om ze te begeleiden en te ondersteunen waardoor ze optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de producten;
  • ben je Product Manager voor de standaard producten van Midtronics;
  • voer je bij klachten over producten tests/onderzoeken uit.

Functie-eisen

Heb jij gewerkt als monteur en heb jij ervaring met diagnose apparatuur, dan zou dit een mooie vervolgstap kunnen zijn. Verder:

  • beheers je de Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift;
  • vind je het leuk om met klanten in contact te zijn;
  • ben stressbestendig;
  • ben je bereid om naar klanten op locatie te gaan door heel Europa (ca. 30% van je tijd).

Samenvattend; deze functie vereist technische kennis en klantgerichte vaardigheden. Als jij gedreven bent om de behoeften van klanten te begrijpen en de beste oplossingen voor hen te bieden, dan ben jij de juiste persoon voor deze functie

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Als Sales Engineer bij onze opdrachtgever Midtronics, een organisatie gespecialiseerd in test- en meetapparatuur voor de auto-industrie, kom je te werken in het commerciële team.

  • Het salaris valt binnen de schaal van € 4000 - € 5000 bruto op basis van een fulltime werkweek, afhankelijk van leeftijd en werkervaring;
  • Daarnaast bestaan de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden uit: 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een winst/prestatie afhankelijke bonus, reiskostenvergoeding, een goed verzekeringspakket met daarin een inkomensverzekering, WGA-hiaatverzekering, WIA-Exedentverzekering en een ongevallenverzekering;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij Zwitserleven met minimale eigen bijdrage en een reis- en annuleringsverzekering die geldig is voor alle thuiswonende gezinsleden;
  • Er is binnen het bedrijf alle ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling zoals speciale trainingen die jou verder helpen in je ontwikkeling;
  • Je start met een jaarcontract dat bij gebleken geschiktheid omgezet wordt in een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.

Er heerst een informele sfeer en het bedrijf organiseert regelmatig leuke personeelsactiviteiten zoals gezamenlijke lunches, een vrijdagmiddagborrel, de jaarlijkse barbecue en een kerstfeest.
