Over de functieAls Operationeel Supervisor rapporteer je aan de Operations Manager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor activiteiten zoals verzending, verpakking, kitsamenstelling en ontvangsten. De nadruk ligt op het veilig en tijdig leveren van producten volgens klantverwachtingen en kostenverplichtingen. In deze rol beheer je een team van ongeveer 8 Material Handlers (orderpickers) en bevorder je continue procesverbetering. Als Supervisor zorg je ook voor effectieve planning, beschikbaarheid van materialen en middelen, en change control. Daarnaast ondersteun en stimuleer je het PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business Systeem binnen Operations, met als doel verspilling te elimineren en prestaties te verbeteren. Als Supervisor ben je een voorbeeldige leider die een cultuur van veiligheid bevordert en betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team aanmoedigt. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een ploegendienst, waarbij de werktijden tussen 07:00 - 19:00 zullen liggen. Er wordt 7 dagen in de week gewerkt op deze locatie.Over het bedrijfOnze klant heeft een gloednieuwe faciliteit gefocust op operationele excellentie en ambieert om de komende jaren hard te groeien. Deze ultramoderne faciliteit ondersteunt de commercialisering van hoogwaardige, temperatuurgevoelige materialen, met een speciale focus op cel- en gentherapieën. Met 5000m² aan speciaal ingerichte ruimte biedt het innovatieve oplossingen voor de koude keten, waarbij de veilige omgang met kritische, klinische en commerciële materialen wordt gegarandeerd. De faciliteit biedt uitgebreide opslagopties en geavanceerde verpakkingsruimtes, allemaal ontworpen met duurzaamheid in gedachten, met behulp van zonnepanelen, slimme LED-armaturen en milieuvriendelijke technologieën. Het Bleiswijk Center ondersteunt klinische proeven en commerciële leveringen in heel Europa en levert hier ook maatwerkoplossingen ;Functie eisen
  • Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Relevante operationele ervaring of een relevante diploma;
  • Ervaring in batchproductie en/of verpakking binnen een technisch of wetenschappelijk veld;
  • Uitstekende leiderschapskwaliteiten met een mensgerichte aanpak;
  • Ervaring met GMP en bekendheid met een hoogdoorvoersysteem;
  • Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite en inventarisbeheersoftware.
