We are looking for a Key Account Manager Poultry in the Benelux region

The world around us is changing rapidly. Your future clients will include veterinarians, rearing organizations, poultry farmers, and external stakeholders in the BeNeLux. As a Poultry KAM, you will have not only a commercial and technical responsibility but also a strategic responsibility for our portfolio. We are looking for an entrepreneurial key account manager due to the rapid changes in the sector. You, along with your direct colleagues, will shape your role and together determine the right course for the future. There is a lot of freedom and room for your own initiatives.


Job Purpose
As a Key Account Manager for Poultry, you will be responsible for the strategic management of key accounts in the Benelux. Apart from pioneering, you need to be able to develop and maintain long-term partnerships. This role contributes to the growth of market share within the poultry sector.


Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will contribute to optimal collaboration with your stakeholders:

  • Build a strong business relationship with key accounts
  • Implement solutions for customers based on their needs
  • Take the lead in preparing proposals for (annual) commercial agreements
  • Analyze and draw conclusions from available customer, market, and competition data
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic plan in collaboration with your marketing, technical, and sales colleagues
  • Identify commercial opportunities through networking with various stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Several years of (commercial) experience within the poultry sector
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Open to change and development
